Candle care
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Please keep out of the children's reach.
Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed before and during each use. To prevent tunneling it is recommended your initial burn should be no less than 1 hour to ensure an even melt pool across the entire candle top
Avoid draughts and always sit your candles on a stable, heat resistant surface. Never use a candle lid to extinguish the candle flame.
Never burn a candle for longer than three to four hours at a time. If a candle is burnt for excessive periods without being allowed to re-solidify, the glass jar is at risk due to high heat retention.
Before lighting, always trim the wick to 6mm and remove any wick debris to encourage an even burn. Your candle will be finished when 10mm remains in the bottom of the jar. Discontinue using it.
Diffuser care
Turn your reeds regularly to maintain their drifting fragrance. You can extend the life of your diffuser by placing it away from direct sunlight and draughts. Place your diffuser on a coaster or tray to protect your surfaces from any spills. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Hand washing after any contact is recommended.
